Meet the Folks @ CPN Support Services

IT & Web Design Support Folks:

Lennart Lindberg. Senior Technician, Computer Repair and Service.  Lennart is also trained in networking, including Novell.  He is expert in upgrades, and can help advise whether it is time to get a new computer or just do an upgrade.  Lennart also works on Web Design and Web Maintenance, and has done many web sites for folks in the Big Horn Mountain region (Coldwell Banker - The Smith Brokerage, KLGT- Kix93, etc). Lennart is from Sweden and was trained at Skellefteå AMU-Gruppen Technical College (now Learnia) in northern Sweden.  He is a fully certified  computer technician (the Swedish equivalent of USA's A+ Certification, and certifications in Web Design, PC Repair, Networking, Low Voltage Electrical, etc.). You can reach him at: lenny@cloudpeaknet.com.

J.P. Griffin.  Senior Web Designer, and Senior Computer Technician.  J.P. is the brains at CPN, and is proficient in just about all areas of Computer Technology, Networking, and Web Design.  His passion is web design and he has designed or helped design some of the best designed web sites in the BigHorns.  Before coming to CPN, JP was the Senior Web Designer for American Cowboy Magazine.  Check out his excellent work on our Portfolio page.  An expert in Graphics Design, J.P. is a certified computer technician, web designer, Panasonic Phone Technician, etc. He can be reached at jp@bighorns.net.

M.L. Vanessa Vogel.  CPN's Managing Director.  As well as doing web design, Vanessa runs our Web Design Projects from start to finish.  She has helped design many of the most visited web sites in this region (Buffalo Chamber of Commerce, Historic Buffalo, First National Bank, The Pines Lodge, etc.)  She is also the cellular technician and local Verizon Wireless agent.  Vanessa is trained and certified in Web Design and Management, Design of Online Web Courses, Starband, Dish, and Verizon services.  She can be reached at v@bighorns.net.

Ryan Beard.  Computer Technician, II.  Ryan works on computer repair and service, and handles much of our phone diagnostic support.  Computer Upgrades and Internet Troubleshooting are his two specialties, Ryan also works on web site upgrades and VHS to DVD transfers.  He is proficient in both Dreamweaver and Frontpage.  Graphics Design is also one of Ryan's many talents.  Ryan has trained and worked in labs in California before coming to Buffalo.  He is a certified computer technician. Sandy Jacobs.

Zuni Bundgaard Vogel.  Department Head, Customer Relations.  Zuni works exclusively in customer relations, and in fact is our ONLY full-time customer relations employee. For two years in a row now, Zuni has been awarded CPN employee of the year.  Her specialty is meet-pet-and-greet.  Zuni is a California native and moved to Wyoming when she was just six months old.
