All maintenance packages provide onsite
proactive updates and monthly reports to show you how your network is
performing.
During our monthly scheduled visit,
CloudPeak.Net will perform a thorough assessment of key areas of your
network. The key areas reviewed, updated and documented each month include:

We will make sure no unauthorized activity is happening.
Anti-virus check
We will check that your anti-virus software is up-to-date and working.
Equipment Availability
We will ensure access to your network it readily available to internal
users.
Critical updates
We will verify that your systems are up-to-date with all the new patches.
Drive capacity
We will check if your systems have enough space for growth.
Memory capacity
We will check if your systems have enough memory available.
Processor capacity
We will test if your servers are fast enough to run your business.
Event log monitoring
We will monitor your event log and determine if and why it is full.
Backup reporting
We will ensure you are getting successful backups of your critical data.
Disaster planning
We will verify if your company will have the capability to function
should a network failure occur.
All maintenance packages include end-user
support to address unplanned issues such as logon, printing and application
issues. Basic maintenance packages provide a limited number of monthly
support calls and Advanced maintenance packages offer unlimited support
calls.
We also provide several other services that
are not covered by the maintenance packages such as new user setup, new
workstation installations, application installations and custom project
