  • Remove any programs that are found spying
• Perform System Troubleshooting
  • Check for system errors
  • Make sure all peripherals are working correctly
• Clean the exterior of your computer
  • Spray dust out of computer
  • Clean the monitor
  • Clean the mouse
• Make sure your computer is configured to run optimally
  • Check for recommended amount of memory
  • Check for over-utilized processor
  • Check existing hard drive space
• Perform a system analysis and make basic recommendations to improve system performance
  • Make recommendations based on analysis
  • Give you an overview of your system performance before and after

PC Initial Checkup price: $99.00/computer*  Thereafter just $29.99 / month for maintenance on 1- 3 computers.  Add $15.00 for each additional computer.

What we need the customer to do:

• Someone over the age of 18 must be present at all times
• Customer backs up all data before maintenance
• The PC scheduled for maintenance must be operational
• The PC must have Windows 98 or higher
• The customer must have legal copies of all software that may be required during maintenance
• The PC scheduled for maintenance must not be older than 2 years (If PC is older than 2 years, a valid attempt will be made for maintenance).

With a home network, you can connect your PCs to one another so you can share a single Internet connection, share printers, easily move files from one PC to another, and much more. You purchase the networking software and have the required Windows operating system, and we'll come to your home to unpack and install the equipment and configure the network for you.*

• Installation of Network interface card in up to 2 computers and network router or hub/switch utilizing CAT 5e wiring or wireless router/cards
